After a thorough warm up with Coach Veronica Aguila for AM Crew or Coach Josh Sommo for PM Crew we will go into finding our 1 Rep Max for both the Strict Press and Deadlift exercise.
Strength
Strict Press – Every Minute on the Minute for 15 Minutes. Increase weight every set to find your 1 Rep Max.
Deadlift – Every Minute on the Minute for 15 Minutes. Increase weight every set to find your 1 Rep Max.
