Limitations in our hamstring mobility can prevent us from increases in lifts, executing a strict pistol, exploding on box jumps and other improvements in our 619 San Diego Personal Training/fitness goals. Not properly prepping the “hammies” for our workouts can lead to extremely painful and long term nagging injuries. Keep in mind that your hamstring complex is connected at many points throughout your legs. We need to truly identify where the issue is coming from, so we can work on a proper fix.
