Why do most diets fail, and what works instead?
Crash diets and endless cardio cost you muscle, slow down your metabolism, and they rarely last. Instead, Chris’s approach protects and builds muscle while you lose fat. That way your metabolism stays up, and your results are easier to keep.
What’s included in weight loss personal training?
- Strength training to build lean muscle and burn more calories at rest.
- Nutrition coaching with simple, realistic eating habits. No fad diets.
- Meal planning and meal prep guidance that fits your schedule.
- Low-impact conditioning that is easy on your joints.
- Accountability. Chris tracks your progress and keeps adjusting your plan as you go.
How fast can you lose weight with a personal trainer?
Most people do best losing about 1 to 2 pounds a week. In fact, the CDC notes that people who lose weight gradually and steadily are more likely to keep it off. Even a 5% loss, or 10 pounds for someone who weighs 200, can improve blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar. That’s why Chris sets a steady pace, protects your muscle with strength training, and adjusts your plan as you go. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor before you start.
